Refund policy

All purchases of Hairtropic supplements (“Products”) are covered by a limited, conditional refund policy of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of documented delivery, subject strictly to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, and conditions stated herein.

1. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for consideration under the 180-Day Conditional Refund Policy, all of the following requirements must be satisfied:

  • Policy applies only to the customer’s first order placed directly through the official Hairtropic website. Repeat orders, re-orders, or subsequent transactions are not eligible.

  • Policy applies to 1-bottle, 3-bottle, and 6-bottle supply packages. Trial/sample packs, if offered, are excluded.

  • Refund requests must be initiated no later than 11:59 PM (EST) on the 180th day following documented delivery.

  • The customer must return all bottles from the original order (whether opened, empty, or unused), in their original containers, together with proof of purchase and the original order confirmation.

  • At least 90 consecutive days of compliant product use (defined as daily consumption consistent with the dosage instructions printed on the Product label) must be demonstrably documented by the customer (e.g., dated photos, time-stamped usage log, or equivalent proof of adherence).

  • Refund requests must be accompanied by a signed, written declaration detailing the manner in which the Product was used and the results experienced.

2. Exclusions

The following scenarios are not eligible for refund:

  • Orders not meeting the “first order only” condition.

  • Orders with missing, damaged, or discarded product containers.

  • Returns received without prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • Refund requests from individuals who have previously received a refund from Hairtropic (whether under this policy or a prior promotion).

  • Bulk purchases exceeding a 6-bottle supply per household.

  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers, distributors, or third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.).

3. Refund Method & Deductions

  • Approved refunds will be issued for the Product purchase price only, less (a) original shipping charges, (b) return shipping charges, and (c) a restocking/processing fee of 20% of the original order value.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within thirty (30) business days of completed inspection.

  • Hairtropic reserves the right to prorate refunds or deny claims in the event of suspected abuse, inconsistent usage, or incomplete compliance with the policy requirements.

4. Abuse & Serial Refunder Clause

  • Hairtropic reserves the right to permanently block or ban any individual determined to be abusing the refund policy, including but not limited to: submitting multiple refund requests, making repeat purchases solely for refund purposes, or otherwise acting in bad faith.

  • Any such abuse voids eligibility for refund, and Hairtropic may refuse all future transactions with that customer or household.

5. Additional Terms

  • Hairtropic reserves the right to request supplemental documentation, including photographic evidence, written statements, and/or sworn affidavits attesting to product usage.

  • Non-compliance with any requirement automatically voids eligibility for refund.

  • This Refund Policy may be amended or withdrawn at any time; the version in effect at the time of purchase governs.
